Are the batteries in this cart to low of Amps per hour for the cart? They are Trogan T105 GV 225 ah @20hr 185 ah @ 5hr. Starts out at 51 volts and it drops to 44 volts on small inclines a nd comes back to 49 on level again. Im going to recharge them again and check the SG in each in the morning. voltages are pretty well all the same on each.

The T105 is a widely used battery with above average amp hour rating....

Battery voltage can/will drop below well 48 when in use not just on inclines and pick back up once on the level... Concern is warranted when voltage drops much below 42 volts when inclines are encountered.....

The cart seem to have very slow responce on the throttle pedal too. as in picking up speed very sluggish.

I drove this cart tonight and just driving the throttle goes dead and and i think it regens really hard it comes to a stop really fast . It has a different controler with a panel on the dash with a accel , regen and speed control knobs. I turned the regen knob all the way down and it still did it. any ideas. i was wondering about the throttle pedal switch but i see there isnt one under there. Whats the box in the frame rail under ther drives side frame rail.

Sounds like you have a MadJax torque controller with the optional "On the Fly" programmer panel (nice setup).

Do you have the key lock switch for it?

Turning the knobs does not do any good unless the unit is unlocked.

The sluggish acceleration could just be the accel knob is all the way down.

The erratic pedal control could be a MCOR problem if that is what you have.

Yes its unlocked if you turn the accel knob it real takes off and the regean all the way will almost skid the tires . Could the moduale in the frame rail be going bad? It a Navitas TSX 2.0 600amp 48v. controler with the OTF programmer. If you turn the accel knob down just a little its sluggish.

I've worked with Silverwolf on a few of these controllers. I really, really like them. Anyway, the Accel knob is designed to provide you torque. Turning it down will allow the cart to start off slower eventually reaching the speed setting you have set. Turning the Accel knob up provides for a quicker start. There is also a way to program this controller to sync up with your MCOR (the module in the frame rail). That may all be that's needed. Turn cart key on, put F/R lever in F. Turn all 3 knobs on the On-The-Fly programmer all the way to the left (counter clock-wise), using key for OTF Programmer - turn the key off then on 5 times ending on Unlock. Light should flash 3 times on programmer. Then, press accelerator pedal 5 times (slowly) all the way from the top to the bottom. Programmer should flash 3 times. Turn programmer key to Lock. Light flashes twice that programming is complete.

This will calibrate the Silverwolf Veritas controller to the voltage range being produced (0-5000) by your MCOR.

thanks for that info i did not see that in the book or i missed it . Ill try to get that done and see what happens. might be a few days though .
