92 V glide 36 volt
I got into this repair after the solenoid and limit switch were replaced because the cart would not click or move.
I found a bad key switch and repaired it.
Now the limit switch guts melt when the batteries are hooked up. Is that suppose to be a Normally Open or Normally Closed switch?
Any idea as to why this is happening?

Re: 92 V glide 36 volt
It looks like you have 2 problems.
1) The micro switch in the VGlide is a Normally Closed switch. It is held open (pressed) when the pedal is in the resting position.
2) You probably have the diode on the solenoid backwards. The stripped end of the diode (cathode) should be connected to the Yellow wire coming from the FNR micro switch (positive side).
