So I'm going to need to make a stud. And I don't crimp the "combos together right? I just put the new end on that and then tighten them together?

The stud goes through the OBC, Each end is double nutted to the stud actually has to play in the hole, you must isolate the stud also, the OBC can be damaged if you tighten the stud too tight against it, I used lock washers but that seems to be another debate lol.

What my other problem is, is this.... The ones with up to 3 wires on one stud. What do I do there? I know if I don't know what the heck I'm doing, I shouldn't be messing with this... But I like to learn and appreciate the help from other members!

You talking about the positive battery post? One of the main cables is fitted with two wires in one crimp, I made separate connectors for them. Not sure what the other one is used for, I hate to add more the two wires per termination point but it may be the case.

You only need to replace the wires battery to battery, the cables from the batteries to the coil and the obc pass through to the controller and the two big cables to the motor.

Edit, Sergio made a better post, see his!
