The controller is supposed to have the 4th setting in it.

I was going to get the supplement but if I wind up changing controllers I don't know that it would do me any good. (If I change I will get a much higher amperage)
I'd just as soon rather get the original working right.
What's the 4th setting?

The 4th setting is 19mph

Could you post a diagram of what the switch is?
It took weeks to get the last manual I ordered.

My controller is a sealed unit, no opening it unless maybe drilling in the back of it.

Just got a controller in all is well now OBC seems to be fine.
Thank you all for all the help and input.

Glad to hear you are up and running. If your old controller is the same as mine, it looks to be a sealed unit but does come apart. I just had to get a sharp screw driver and lever the cover away from the base on the long side. You don't have to be to rough with it. There is two moulded clips holding the lid in place. Just lever the side away a little and it pops off.

Glad to help anytime if I can.

Good luck.
