What is your serial number? That will help us identify your drive system. Also the model of the controller would help...

I have very little experience with aftermarket controllers, but this could be an MCOR issue. The MCOR is what sends the throttle signal to the controller. People have had plenty of issues in the past with MCORs and Alltrax controllers. With the cart off and in neutral, pump the accelerator quickly about 30 times to clean the internal contacts. Then drive it and see if anything changed.

ill have to read up about that.....speed sensor test for ds...I disconnected all batteries and individually test charges.... had two at 12.7v one at 12.8v and another at 12.4 volts....sounds like batteries are good ....agreed?
problem isn't the cart "limping" but actually taking off like a "bat out of hell" once you depress go pedal...in both forward or reverse cart actually wheels out in gravel....
