LED Headlight Bar - Precedent

Do any of you with street legal Precedents have LEDs on the front? I want to change mine out, but wasn't sure if the added brightness caused a problem for oncoming traffic?

I have had NO PROBLEMS from any on coming traffic, and I regularly drive my cart at night in my neighborhood, and on the Hiway around my camp.
No one yet has complained, and even the Louisiana State Police have come and talked to me, and said that this was one cool little cart, and never once mentioned anything about the lights being too bright

Yes, they really do light up the road MUCH BETTER then the stock lights that came with my cart when I purchased it directly from a dealer that ordered it street legal from Club Car for me, so, I could have a VIN Number and Louisiana title for it and a Louisiana License Plate and Registration certificate. this is a 100% Factory Street Legal cart
