Default club car jerks wen starting

I have 2004 48volt that jerks or hesitates at very slow speed, with the accelerator 1/4 or all the way down it is fine, I am checking voltage from the speed control to the mocr2 the white wire only has 1.1 volts it should have 4.65 is this telling me that the speed control is bad? the batteries have 50 volts the wires ohm good

I'm having the exact same problem on a 2001 48v - has a brand new MCOR so that's not the issue. Let me know if you find the problem and I'll let you know if I do

Try resetting the OBC .. I find that sometimes the cart will go into lockout mode. So clear all the codes by resetting the OBC. Has worked for me in the past .. I leave the petal depressed for a good 10 minutes in reverse with negative cable removed. Reverse buzzer will sound and die out. You probably know the drill
