Oh, I should have said --- it's not a 36 volt cart. It's a 48 volt cart. And has two solenoids, which is why Mark scratched his head so much when trying to jump it/them. They're both together behind the passenger seat. Does that change things?

yes makes a big difference the solenoid mounted to the inner frame rail is the reagan solenoid it has 2 cables going to that resistor coil..........the master solenoid is mounted to the outer frame rail and and has a positive battery from #1 battery going to that solenoid.......thats the one you want to jump so jack the rear up and jump that one to see what happens...........what year is the cart? and have to tested battery voltage from each battery and the pack voltage? we should be able to get somewheres now knowing what kind and voltage cart is.................start with solenoid jump it see if cart runs from there battery voltage..............does charger work on this cart? if not can you try the charger on another cart to see if it works..........write down all your battery voltage #,s and post them and while your at it grab and pull each cable to make certain they are tight and clean...............post results.....................................
