Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
I just upgraded my cables to 2 AWG, I changed the controller and Solenoid (#452 from Carts Unlimited)....
The cart has so much torque, my issue is this though: when I press the pedal all the way down the cart goes slower, I seem to have to keep it at about 80% pressure to get full power. Did I connect something wrong? How do I fix this? Thanks a ton! |

Sounds like throttle signal is going over range. Can you measure the signal?

ScottB... This maybe a stupid question but where is the best spot to check that? (I do have a multimeter)

Re: Upgraded Controller & Sol... Problem now
Remove the small wires from the controller pins #2 & 3. Plug the meter into these 2 wire ends and set the meter to a range of 20,000 ohms. Note the reading from 0-full throttle
