Default Dpi accusense charger issue

I contacted dpi tech support but they have not responded after repeated calls so... I have recently done a complete rebuild on a 2000 cc ds. New Trojan t-875 batts and and purchased a dpi charger 48 v. All components < 3 months old. The charger was working now it's not. I took the cover off charger and read volts on the white and black wires leaving the charger going to cart plug. It reads 50.3 while plugged into receptacle on cart. And .1 while unplugged. I also read voltage at the receptical and reads 50.3 so I'm assuming it's an issue with the charger not cart? Also when you plug the charger in the yellow light just blinks and never locates the pack. Any ideas?

Sounds like a failure in the control circuit board. If it is less than 2 yrs old they will replace it or you can buy one for an older unit. Try calling them?

Did you check to make sure that there is 120 VAC in the recept that you plug the charger into?

Yellow, Light Emitting Diode (L.E.D.), flashes on and off SLOWLY at a rate of once every 2 seconds during this stage. This stage applies tests to the battery pack. Further charging is prohibited if the charger discovers a fault such as connection to a 72V battery pack or reversed battery connections. Refer to Section 9 - ‘Troubleshooting’ for understanding faults.

Yes. It was working a few days ago. Now it only cuts on but doesn't charge. The pack is not located by the charger now, I assume, because the yellow light continuously flashes and charger never kicks on. I checked and do get 120 v ac from the house plug. The switch/ computer board on charger does have 2 glass fuses. They appear to be soldered in so not sure how to check those. They are also cloudy looking so you can't actually see if they are blown or not.https://dpipower.com/store/media/cat...img_3538_1.jpg . Maybe I can get an answer after calling a few more times

If your charger is only 3 months old I would put it back together and request an RA from DPI. Don't mess with it and give them a reason to void your warranty.

you can check the fuses for continuity. Just make sure to unplug both cords first.

Typically, If DPI feels it warranted they will send a replacement circuit board if you are confident you can replace it and send the old one back to them.

One last thing to check before you call - what is the voltage reading in the charge receptacle? In other words what is the charger seeing when you plug it in?
