Sergio, Ok I did another OBC reset, charged the batteries and tested it after 8 hours. I tested each battery individually and the all tested out at 8.18. Kind of sounding like batteries too me? Let me know what you think please.

Let's make sure the charging voltage is getting to the correct levels first.

Set Your multi-meter to 200vDC.

Clip or tape the meter probes to pack positive and negative so You can monitor the voltage.

Unplug the DC cord, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.

The charging cycle should start at full amps and taper down to below 6 amps in 30 minutes or so.

Make sure the pack voltage gets above +56v (it may go as high as 63v).

If the pack voltage during charge gets above +56v:
As soon as You see the charging cycle end, disconnect the pack Negative cable.

We want to eliminate the possibility that something in your system is discharging the batteries.

Let the pack rest for at least 4 hours and measure the voltage on the pack and each battery.

If the voltage on the batteries are that low again, the batteries are bad.

If the charging voltage never gets above +56v, You may have an OBC problem.

Sergio,
I hooked the volt meter up while charging. It got to 63v. After the charging cycle ended I disconnected the negative pack terminal and tested it 4 hours later. The batteries all tested out the same as before 8.18v and the pack tested at 49.08. Sounds like a battery problem, right?

Yep, batteries are gone.

The good news is that the charger and OBC are working fine.

The batteries are still under the one year replacement warranty, so that means my back gets a work out! Thank you so much for all your help. Have a great 2016.

sergio, can you clarify 1 thing for me :

When you say unplug cart and wait 30 seconds,
If i charge cart, and let it sit overnite, about 14 hours, then at the 14 hour rest mark, i then unplug and wait 30 seconds befoer replugging in, is this still ok for this test?

Thats what i just did on a precedent, and the needle went only to 9 amps. Does that mean my obc is bad?
