Default Battery noise help

I have been wiring a stereo for the past couple of days and have had 48v disconnected and in tow. When I connected the batteries to test the radio everything works fine but I noticed a bubbling noise coming from the batteries. Do you think that is just because it was disconnected for a while and now there is 48v's running through them? Any info would be helpful.

Thanks!

Are you hearing this bubble noise with the cart plugged into its charger? Yes batteries do release gas bubbles during the charging process and this is normal....

Also, the connection to make 48v is disconnected. I did have it connected for a few minutes to test the new radio but disconnected again and is in tow and still making bubbling noise. All batteries are reading 12.7 v and are cold.

Do you have super human hearing?

I'd leave as is overnight and test voltage in morning to confirm that you have no unknown draw. 12.7 is fully 100 % charged.

LOL. Probably! But, it's been the same way for two days. The only thing I can think of is that because it's been cut for two days that when I hooked all of it back up for "two minutes" that it was all cycling through 48v rather than sitting there but doubt it. Though I have had it disconnected again for over an hour. I'm new to the battery golf cart... Just so you know I am putting my ear about 4 inches away from the batteries and garage door is shut with no sound. So, do batteries always make noise? I'm probably just being paranoid. lol
