Default Club car power issues

My batteries are fully changed. I can go 1/2 of a block and have to push it up the driveway. Batteries are about 2 years old, and test good.

Any Ideas?

And how do they "TEST" good? Please explain...

What voltage are they holding some 12 hours after the charger has turned off? Also what brand and model of battery are they?

Hook your dvm to the main neg and main pos and drive it and report what the voltage of your cart is and the reading.
reading the voltage of the battery at rest gives you just that....under load will tell you if a cell(s) are bad.
you have bad batter(ies) or the wrong type.

The cart is the BEST BATTERY TESTER we have. Everything else tries to imitate the cart's draw on the batteries.

I would speculate you got small batteries and abused them. Or got proper batteries and really abused them?

Here's something you can do to satisfy your mind, connect the voltmeter to each battery and go for a short ride, preferably uphill. See how low the battery drops under load.
Do this for all 6 and compare the results, maybe there is just one bad apple in the bunch?

The cart with a voltage meter installed in the dash is the best tester one can have...

Are you located in the frozen north. Nothing like a little cold weather to kill a battery.

Don't make me laugh at myself now... Last time home I found that there are a couple roads/paths through some very steep hill in the back of our hood that I'll likely never try again as they really pulled my batteries down hard and left me with just enough "juice" to get moving on the flat but left me no reserve for the milder hills I've got to drive in order to get home.... Had to get out and help my cart over the last few hills...
