with all the improvements that were done to that cart, i would look at the controller and motor ....

It looks just like this one listed in picture below labeled power drive plus Gen 2. the silver/grey looking box.

So I havent taken it into the woods to see how it performs yet. I will do that next. But considering what i have read on here, I dont think i will be happy with this set up. I will probably upgrade. So now the question is, Do I upgrade to a Regen 2 and speed controller, or can I just remove everything and go with a Series type drive and redo everything. Is this even feasible, or should I just sell cart and start over?
