Make sure also that the quick connect on the back of the OBC where the Gray sense wire is plugged to did not come off.

If that is OK, we need to get some voltages off the charger receptacle.
From + to -
From + to sense wire

The quick connect is good. I will test the voltage when I get home. The
From + to sense wire, I assume that I would pierce the sense wire with the - lead ( of the volt meter) and with all wires connected?

You can just put the meter probes on the socket where You normally plug the charger DC plug into.

You can either look inside the socket for the markings or just look in the plug and match the pins, the sense wire is the shorter center pin in the plug/socket.

I figured that out once I got home and could look at the receptical.
15.5 on +/-
22 on the +/ sense wire
Can I assume this is the overall voltage of the battery pack?

Neither one of these voltages should match your pack voltage, but they are both OFF the specs.

What is the current pack voltage?

One more measurement to make sure things are not wired wrong:
From pack negative battery post to + on charger receptacle.

That is not a negative on the pack voltage just a dash in between the words and #.

That voltage should have been the same as pack voltage.

Are You absolutely sure that red wire is connected to pack positive?

Can You post a picture showing your batteries and how the wires are connected?
