Default Club Car not charging, wont go

Hello all. First time starting a thread here. Okay, here are the important information:
Club Car Precedent
Serial # PQ0540-557481

Cart has been sitting for a few months. Went to get it out and it was dead. Checked batteries and 2 were bad, so they were replaced. The other 2 tested good but low, so I slow charged them back to the good. Plugged in charger and nothing happened. Have a friend who has a club car as well, I got his charger and tested it to see if my charger was bad. His charger will not charge the cart either. Tested the battery pack and it has around 44 v. From my previous research this should be enough to turn on the charger, I would think it would be enough to at least drive it as well. So when I press the pedal I get the click at the pedal but no click at the solenoid. When the key is turned on the controller cycles through and shows green on the indicator light which means there is good voltage on the cart, I am correct. Help would be appreciated.

What controller do You have, an Alltrax? what model?

I would guess the 2 "weak" batteries are dead as soon as You put a load on them.

Since You just replaced the batteries, make sure You did not forget to connect the red wire from the charger receptacle to battery #1 positive post (pack positive).

If that wire is connected, does the relay click inside the charger when You plug the DC cord into the cart?

It is an Alltrax controller. I will have to get the Serial # for you. The 2 batteries that were replaced were the last 2 in the series.

The charger does nothing. No click or anything.

Most likely the red wire from charger receptacle is not connected to pack positive, also check that the quick connect plug on the back of the OBC is not disconnected.

We do not need the Serial number from the controller, just the Model #.

When people replace their batteries, the red charger wire from the charging receptacle tends to drop down near the outside frame and is forgotten when the batteries are reconnected. Happens a LOT!

Not long ago someone had a problem like that, it seems the AC electric was not there for the charger.

Just so I am on the same page here. I replaced the last 2 batteries in the pack. I switched the cart to tow and disconnected the 2 batteries to be replaced. I did not disconnect the first battery in the pack that has the charger wire you are referring to. Should I have done this?
