That math is not working right...

If 3 batteries are 12v each, 12+12+12=36v

How can You be getting 35.9v across 4 batteries?

Let me see if I can find a diagram for How Your batteries should be connected and post it....

This is for the 2004 Precedent, but should match Your cart.

Please verify the battery connections between each other and the charger receptacle.

Of the 4 batteries 2 batteries are brand new. There are 2 originals(as in when I purchased the cart original) still in the pack they are #1&#2 respectively. #1 still test @ 12 volts. #2 test @ 11.3 volts.

Okay. I have just figured it out. When I replaced the #4 battery I placed it in the cart backwards. After REALLY looking at the wiring schematic I have i found my error. Battery placement corrected and charger is now on and charging car. I am sorry for wasting your time Sergio, and all who may have been following this thread.

That's a case of one picture being worth a thousand words. Sergio or any number of members on the forum would have spotted that in a photo, it's been done many times before. Glad you got it working.
