Default Re: 1" lift kit?

I built new shackles for my 93 DS 2-1/2" longer as someone mentioned and it raised my rear almost 2" so I drilled new holes 1" shorter on the shackle and now the rear is 1" higher (at the rear bumper). Amazing how much better it rides now. This would make the new shackle holes 1-1/2" longer than factory. I saw where someone had found some longer Gabriel shocks to replace original but since I had recently put new shocks on it I just made a bracket extension for the bottom of the shock so they wouldn't be extended out too far.
