looking for 225/40-14 tires

I have searched everywhere but not been able to find any street tires bigger then 205 on 14" tires. If anyone can point me in the right direction for wider 14" tires I would be very impressed!!!! FYI I am looking for the lowest profile tire and obviously the widest out there but its not easy to find.
