testing a charger
I have an old lester 36 volt charger the date on it is from 11-80 the tag says 12 amps model 8714 DC 36 volts type 36LC25 T12.
It seems to be working but with low volts output, The amp guage moves only a little bit and stays in the green. when turned on you can hear the transformer buzz kinda loud. then when you unplug the charger from the cart you can hear the transformer get louder. Can someone tell me what steps to take to test the charger? Or do you think its ready for the bone yard. |
