Club Car 1999 36 volt / armature stuck on spline
Tried PB Blaster, shaking, rubber mallet, hitting the end of the shaft, and prying to the point of not wanting to damage the axle housing.
The only torch I have is a propane type. Didn't work trying the armature shaft. Any help appreciated. |

Welcome Fireboss72.
I had the same problem and just kept at......blaster, let sit, pry over and over and finally got it. Another idea on here by TahoeDawg was to remove rear axle and tires, put drum on backwards raise in the air and drop it on concrete. I believe this was with the motor case still on. You might put the case back on for this attempt. |
