Default Sloppy Steering Carry-All

Hello I have a Carry All serial number QT0728-777365. I have noticed that the steering has gotten looser and looser over time. I got under it the other day and it looks like the rubber bushings on the tie rods are really worn out. Can these be replaced or do I need to replace more components? Can somebody recommend a site sponsor and give me a part number for what I need to get this fixed? Anything else I should look at or maintain while I am under the front end? Thanks in advance everyone on here is always super helpful. The picture shows 2 of the bushings I am talking about and there is one more on the other side.

I found a parts diagram and I think what I need is 2 Left Hand tie rod ends and one RH tie rod end. I need one of each for the actual tie rod and then the one that comes off the steering gear is a LH end. Does that sound right to anybody???
