Support Nite Crusin In South Carolina

We might be nite cruising in S.C.
Our local Rep. has introduced a bill to allow nite cruising.
This is the same Rep. that got us road legal .
Let's all show support.
This could help open nite cruising in other states.

That bill was introduced in Feb. 2013. It then went to committee. I don't know what happened then. It's SC House Bill 3594. I wish it would pass. I'll try to find out it's status. It sure would be nice to ride back and forth to the beach after dark.

In SC legislature a bill that is introduced and not passed that legislative year will automatically renew for one next year and then die. So I would expect that if it was introduced in 2013 it died in committee. That means it would have to be reintroduced if it wished to get any chance to be passed. Just because it died in committee doesn't mean its got a lot of opposition. It often means they never got to it. They simply had more important matters and never got a vote on it.
