Question What is proper battery care ???

so many different "opinions" on caring for batteries, prolonging battery life, rejuvenating batteries ect ect. Is there ANYONE who has true expertise that can clue in all of us "battery abusers".

I've been trying for years. There are myth spreaders out there. With wild tales of battery rejuvenation who will direct you to deep discharge the pack before recharging. Don't believe any of this

It only takes a little reading to get up to speed on proper care and use (very important you address both use and care) of wet cell lead acid batteries.
Go to the battery tutorials on my website. If you read it all you will know how the batteries work, what the batteries need, and how to properly use the batteries. And that's really all you need to know... except size... size matters.

Oh - and get an in the dash digital battery meter. Study the SOC charts for your system (36 or 4 and know when to recharge.
Here you will find battery technical info > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/batter...o---links.html
And here you will find a meter > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/battery-led-meters.html

I understand the reasons behind the rule but I think some folks won't be satisfied until you get carpel tunnel.

I had a cat that had carpet tunnel syndrome. She couldn't hardly move her paws no more and we had to unroll it so she could get out.
