Thanks a bunch for all of the help. I've learned quite a bit. It's like learning a foreign language. I need Rosetta stone for golf carts.

Just passing it on. 95% of what I know about carts I got right here.

I replaced the bad 750 ohm resistor with a 680 and now the cart won't budge. HELLLLLLP

The good news is that the resistor cannot cause that problem.

If the Solenoid is not clicking:
Measure the pack voltage to make sure You connected the batteries back correctly.
Make sure the micro switch wires are connected at the V-Glide.
Make sure the FNR is forward.
If The solenoid is clicking:
Make sure none of the terminals came loose from the controller.
Verify the V-Glide is wired according to the picture I posted of the resistors.

Solenoid is clicking. Everything is wired as it was. I plugged in the quick disconnects as they were....black to black, white to white.

Also check the voltage of battery pack. In your haste to get it put back together you could have turned one or more batteries around. Easy mistake to make.

If You left the Resistor OFF or replaced it with a wire it would still not cause this problem.

Since the Solenoid is clicking:
Make sure Controller Terminals: 1, 2 or 3 did not get disconnected from the controller accidentally by having the wires pulled when you re-installed the batteries.

Make sure none of the wires got pinched under the battery you had removed.

Disconnect the black and white wires quick connector and measure the resistance as You press the pedal in case you somehow disconnected one of the wires inside the V-Glide.

Ok, I will try that Sergio. What should it measure?

Check the other items first because unless You left some wire disconnected, move it to the wrong post or broke the very first resistor inside the VGlide, that would not cause a problem.

First, make sure You know how a "Open Line" or 'infinity" resistance is displayed on your meter, most show 0L, but it is whatever it shows when you put the meter on "Ohms" setting and don't touch the probes together.
Put Your meter on 20kΩ setting.
Put the cart on Forward.
Disconnect the black and white wires at the VGlide.
Measure the resistance on the VGlide connectors for the black and white wires as You Press the Pedal.
It should be when You hear the micro-switch click.

It should go all the way up to close to 5,000Ω at pedal down, but not 0L.

Providing closure to this thread (for future reference), the Solenoid was not clicking...

Wow, safety designs in these controllers have come a long way....

I already knew (from helping a previous member) the old 36v controller when the throttle resistance was removed (total failure), the controller would default to a run condition, that is bad.

The green wire is key Key Switch power, so that means even if You don't provide the Controller activation voltage on Terminal #1, the controller will allow the motor to run if the Solenoid was welded, that is really bad.
