Replaced 750 ohm resistor with a 680 and now cart won't budge
The closest I could find locally is a 680 to replace a 750. Now the cart won't move an inch. Any thoughts?

What is the year, voltage, and drive system of the cart?

Cart should run without the resistor on ? Try that. Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

Re: Replaced 750 ohm resistor with a 680 and now cart won't budge
No way that cart uses a 600-700 ohm precharge resistor!?
250 ohms is all it would need. But again, it will run without the resistor on. The solenoid not clicking is an activation circuit problem. The solenoid should get 36v between the 2 small terminals when you try to go - this makes the solenoid click. So which are you missing on the 2 small posts? The + or the -? |

When I say I replaced a resistor, I'm talking about a resistor in the v-glide.

680 to 750 isn't going to make it not run.

FYI---Guys, this is sort of a second (or follow up) tread of a multi-step resistor problem. Sergio has the ball on the first thread.

Solenoid not clicking but cart will go if I jump the solenoid with a screwdriver.
