Is there any chance the magnet you replaced was a high speed magnet?
I don't think it was but honestly I cant be 100% sure. I bought the cart used from a friend. He had just put a new sensor on it before I bought it and the other day I put a new sensor on it also. The cart has been running great and this is the first hiccup it has had and only started after I upgraded the battery cables.

Sergio is on it.......

I think your F2 and F1 wires got reversed. If the cart is truly faster in reverse than it is in forward then simply swapping these two wires would fix your issue. You can swap them either on the motor or the controller.

So the F2 F1 wire is that the small wires or the Big wires on the motor... the big ones were green and white before i changed them....... And Swapping these cause no harm even if thats the case? I really appreciate all the help and advice you guys are giving me.

Then unless You have reversed both the wires at the motor and the wires at the FNR switch, the speed cannot change from forward to Reverse.

In addition, the reverse buzzer would be sounding when the cart goes forward.

Do You no longer have the reverse buzzer where You can just connect it back?

I don't but i'll get one to hook up since it looks like i may need it!
Also I didn't pull the FNR switch out or tamper with the wires on it.

If Turn the Key OFF and push the cart, does the motor engage and offers resistance against rolling?

With the key off and the tow/run switch in Run the cart is not easy to push. When the tow switch is in tow its a lot easier.

That tells you that your speed sensor is working.
