Default Club Car Surge and Solenoid Cut-out

I have a 2005 Club Car Precedent that I am bashing my head against the wall with.
The cart surges at full speed in forward and cuts out the solenoid in reverse.
I have replaced the MCOR, the controller is rebuilt, the solenoid has been replaced, and the speed sensor replaced.
Still having the same problem.

I just bought a new stock MCOR. Why do I need to upgrade it?

Because it's surging. Where did you buy it from? The Chinese have begun MCOR production and it's reliability has yet to be proven.

I have a dealer account with Nivel so I got it from them.

Today I noticed the cart passes the speed sensor test in reverse but not forward. I replaced the speed sensor already but maybe it was bad too?

Ok..... does the Nivel speed sensor have Green, Black, and Red wires OR Blue, Red, and Black wires?

does the Nivel MCOR have a white sticker on it that says Made In Mexico with a date code on it?

Does the Reverse buzzer sounds when You push it Forward?

If it does is more of a Controller issue, one of the FETs is bad and allowing the armature to freewheel on that direction.

It does not sound when pushed forward. It just rolls with no braking.
