Club car precedent battery indicator
Hey everyone,
I have a 2012 club car precedent 48 volt system. The problem I seem to be having is everytime I start running the cart the battery indicator is off but once I stop moving the indicator seems to come back on until I depress the accelerator pedal. Once it starts slowly moving when the solenoid kicks in the indicator goes back off. I tried resetting the obc to see if that was the issue but the reverse buzzer never sounded no matter how many times I did it. I already tested all the batteries and they all load tested and metered out just fine. All batteries are still in good health. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Club car precedent battery indicator
Did you by chance swap the battery light on dash for a voltmeter?? If so that's the problem. The battery light on dash stock is a warning when pack is low so it's not a constant power source

Re: Club car precedent battery indicator
Exactly. It's plugged into the wrong wires. There's another set of wires back there for a battery indicator. You've got it plugged into the wires for the battery light.
