2008 club car 48 volt reverse grind
hi new to this site... I have a 2008 stealth 4x4 electric (club car basically). Up until recently reverse would work 50% of the time. There is a grinding, or metal on metal sound. Now it doesn't work at all. Forward is fine. I can feel the rear end if someone steps on the gas pedal in reverse. Definitely something let go back there. I'm looking for similar experiences... Any advice? I'm planning on tackling this job... Exploratory surgery... On blocks, the rear wheels turn but can be stopped with my hand...

Re: 2008 club car 48 volt reverse grind
Btw...48 volt. Drained the rear end oil. No shavings or shrapnel came out.
