Default 36v Charger manual to automatic

So the timer on my old 36v charger for my Harley quit 'timing' the other day. It actually has two timers, someone installed an Intermatic timer to replace the original one, and it quit. So now neither work. It seems like I have seen a kit that converts these chargers to automatic, is there such a thing?

Yikes, I won't be going that route then!

I opened up the case of the charger and jumped the original timer motor. It spins fine when hooked directly to 110v, so I'm going to put it back together today and hope for the best.

I guess it's made by Harley-Davidson. It has a model number of AR1935 and a part number of 66492-63C on it. I've attached pics. I can't find anything at all online about it...

The cart is a 1968, this has to be the original charger. The Harley logo was covered up by the Intermatic timer someone added, so I didn't know until now. I just got it put back together and wired with the original timer, and it seems to be working fine. If it acts up again (which it may) I will more than likely get a 36v fully automatic charger. It's amazing that this charger is still working after 48 years...
