Try the speed sensor test again for grins and see what it yields

DS IQ or Precedent Speed Sensor Test

Let me think back a little here. If I remember correctly your cart started life as a Pathway but was reverted back to a regular DS at the end of it's term. I'd venture to say those are connectors to the extra accessories the Pathway had, reverse light, extra brake light, etc. You have nothing to worry about

Yeah that's right, your cart is an ex-Pathway. I wouldn't worry about the plugs

Ok then the sensor and magnet are not the problem. How slow can you guesstimate it is moving?

Default Cart running slow

I detached the negative battery cable from the last battery that looks like it runs to the back by the computer to try to reset the computer according to the instructions on the sticky. Nothing beeped.
