As an aside, what is the largest size tire and wheel I can use when I get my HD leaf springs from Tahoe? I like the look of a non lifted cart but I will have a rear seat to haul my kids. Thanks

I have a problem with intermittent limp mode on my 04 DS IQ. Replaced speed sensor with OEM unit but problem persists. About half the times you press the pedal it is in limp mode. appears to be completely random. What else can cause this ? Is it possible the resistor and diode on the main solenoid can cause this to happen ?

Hang on. Don't unbolt that. The bar on the right side of the picture (with the slots in it) will slide right out. That is the drive bar

Do I take off the black box on the other side of the rail to slide it out?

Yes sir. That black box would be the MCOR, or throttle control

Ok. Got a piece of tubing on. Looks like terrible. It's dark and I have had a couple! Had my wife squeeze the tube from above while I forced it over. It took up some slack, no doubt. Not gaining any speed. Not even 1-2mph. So. Hey, I tried it! Now I know where the MCOR is, right? Despite what any S/N's say, pretty sure we r at 12-13mph. Which is good to know. Now I can move forward!

Well, daylight helps! I took off the fuel line I put on last night and cut a new piece. Also was able to reinstall the rod better.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1458852848.502391.jpg
