Club Car DS Regen 1 Upgrade
Hey all new to this site and from Australia. I bought a club car ds cheap, and of course with me it had to be a regen 1 system. So after reading through all the topics and posts about this cart and exchanging a few emails with tahoedawg I have decided that I will upgrade to an IQ system. any thoughts would be appreciated and I plan on letting all know of my progress so for future references with this model we know IT CAN BE DONE haha.

Yeah, Regen I and II can be converted to IQ. It's documented here on the website.

i'm also thinking about adding solar to this when finished, anyone done it, heard of it? found a regulator that boosts a 24v panel to 48v.

Probably be cheapest to charter a boat and go have a Australia vacation, haha. I have been nailed several times shipping there
