1982 Club Car
Recently picked up a 1982 Club Car DS, I put new batteries and cables on. I can go forward but not reverse. When I put it in reverse it buzzes and when I hit the pedal it clicks but no movement. Any advice on where to start troubleshooting. Thanks

That usually means the FNR is mis-wired.
If this is the 5 solenoid model, make sure the FNR is wired like this: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/attac...tch_labels.jpgIf the wires are correct (follow them to the motor to make sure they land on the right posts), make sure the micro-switch lever arm is being activated in both forward and reverse. |

If it is wired correctly and still not moving in one direction the F&R switch contacts may be burnt. |
