Well, that was short lived. Cart is not running now after parking it. There is no click when pushing the gas. No movement.

So, I have been texting Dave non stop. I'm underneath the golf cart with my wife holding an adult beverage. Dave is an absolute golf cart guru. Apparently I am in the 1 percent of stuff that could possibly go wrong. Could be a fried motor. We went through a ton of scenarios on the voltage meter. Will keep u posted.

No other man I know of that had me under a golf cart checking leads with my wife touching a lead to the negative battery lead.

After talking to Ron at Alltrax, I'm sending the controller back to them. It sounds like the controller failed.

I reinstalled the factory controller but the cart did not run. Dave had me bypass the OBC and the cart runs. Going to reinstall the Alltrax now and try it with the bypassed OBC

The Alltrax has been reinstalled. Turns out the OBC went bad. Hitting 25mph.

If I were in your place, I KNOW where the obc would be going!!! Glad you got it figured out! Good man! [I was running out of beer and popcorn.] Also gives me knowledge! If I ever [ok when] I do another CC, that component is the first to meet it's destiny!!
