Check out the beginning of this thread. I have pics of my headlight install with LED's on my original body.

enriched, I apologize for just now seeing this. Haven't been on the site in a while. It was the stock controller. I think it's 200 or 250 amps.

Haven't posted in a while because the cart has been running great. Until now! Haha! The cart slowed to an absolute crawl. My kids were the ones to alert me so I checked it out for myself. And sure enough, it was slowwwww. After a desperate text to TahoeDawg at Revolution, he said my speed sensor was bad. I replaced the sensor back in the early days of getting my cart. So after texting him a pic of the motor (which is still the original motor) to make sure we got the right part, he gave me some hard love calling my old motor junk! The nerve! So I have an Fsip speed motor on the way! I'll finally be able to turn the Altrax up to 500amps and set the rev limiter to the new motor. The cart was already fast so it will be interesting to see how everything turns out. I will post pics of the motor replacement after I get it.

LukeL, I knew I would do it eventually. The bad speed sensor seemed like the right excuse to go for it!

Welp, everything is back up and running. The FSIP motor is installed. Full disclosure: I cheated and took it to Jake's Golf Carts in McVeytown to put it up on the lift and have them do it. It's 20deg in State College right now and jacking it up in my garage along with my work schedule was a no go. The original motor came out without incident. I'm going to list it on this site in for sale and prob eBay to offset some cost. Any feedback on a fair price to ask for the old one would be appreciated. My initial drive was ok. I have the speed setting turned down the whole way because of the ice on our road. I used the field map provided by Dave at Revolution. It didn't put me back in my seat on acceleration like I originally expected. Hopefully the roads clear by the weekend when I have off and I can GPS the speed on slow and all the way up. As per upgrade requirements for this forum, here are a few pics!

Out2Sea, he was kidding because of all the other upgrades I have done. The alltrax was set to 400amps when I had the GE motor and rev limited.
