ok so new batts 1 new solenoid a 48v controller a pot throttle system [ im still not sure whr this goes or how to do it ] a chgr and a bag of jerky. Does anyone happen to have any install pics of this with batts out so I can see. Im more visuall type of person

To replace a solenoid you just bolt it in place of the old one.....the rest takes a little engineering & skill. My cart is the same yr as yours.....'89. Right? Here are some pics of what mine looks like about now....It runs on jack stands. I've been around the barn while sitting on the batteries... now it is in the middle of a total rewire. Every wire will be new when it is complete. Luckily they can be made to be a fairly simple system...here's pics of the controller and PB-6 (Potentiometer) mounted. Get a 'Curtis' PB-6. Beware of cheap chinese knock offs. The batts are in but, the body is off. Please excuse the mess .... it is a work 'in progress'...

ok kind of getting it now do you have a pic of like a top view tht covers it all.If im looking right it doesnt seem u can fit all the batts needed

like six 6 volts only they are 8 volt batteries.....

isnt thr a company tht makes a bad**s 36v motor tht would get me more speed and torque or is this conversion really the way to go.

When you convert this as described ,
YOU will have the BADDEST A** 36 Volt motor in the neighborhood !!!
