Default Circuit Priority On Rewire jobs

You guy's who have done a complete rewire job, Did you have any thing that you installed first to ease the job . Or just One wire at a time. I using #4 gage wire and the wire that goes through the OBC will have to be changed to will this effect the OBC opperation?

Mount all the components in first....like batts, motor, F/R switch, controller....everything you can. Then wire one at a time. Keep in mind other cables. When your cutting cables for the batts keep in mind you will have to remove the caps to fill with water so make sure you have enough cable you can get the caps off. Try and wire it as clean as you can. Use zip ties to hold things out of the way.

The 4 guage will not effect the OBC at all. You have to put the cable through the hole first before you put the end on.
