Default suddenly it stopped running.....

Just had 6 new batteries installed at start of golf season....worked great for almost 2 round and suddenly just stopped running at all. Fully charged, I checked voltage and have 50.9 volts. Checked each battery...all good. Have voltage through on/off switch and forward/rev switch. Have unplug and reseat all wire connections, still nothing.

Could someone help me with this problem, and direct me on what to check next? thanks to everyone that maybe able to help..

sorry forgot to say....this is my first post

Tow/Run switch under seat. 😜

My buddy just found out his cart had one right before he took it to the shop.

Connections on motor? They can loosen up and burn through. Rare, I think but it happens. They can be bothersome to check at least on an EZGO. Access panel and crawling around under cart.

Remove the access panel behind the seat. Check all the cables to motor and controller. Someone may have forgot to tighten a cable. Put cart in TOW before you do this.

Does solenoid click?

cart is on blocks and have removed panel and checked all wiring around motor....all looks good.

I think ,I may have unconnected the 6 wire harness with the tow/run....in the run position, will this cause other issues.

the solenoid does click at all, when trying to run.

Starting checks for power at all wires going to the controller from all switches and
after checking for voltage at pin location on controller harness, I can not get 50.6 volts at green wire # 6 .This wire comes from the key and 2 switches mounted on the brake paddle. The red/white comes from the battery, through a 20 amp fuse and then to bottom of the brake switch, then through the top switch.

How does one adjust these switches to get power to the key and then to the controller ?

If You have a 2003 IQ like the diagram below, the Controller pin #6 is the output of the MCOR pedal switch.

Remove the 2-pin connector from the MCOR and use a large paper clip to jump the connector on the harness.

If the cart still does not work, verify that You have pack voltage with the Key ON at the jumper You just installed.

Jump switch at MCOR and have 50.6 at pin 6 and at jumper and still no go. I can hear click at front of cart, when switching from tow/run .

Have remove solenoid from cart and put pack voltage cross 2 small posts and it seam to work fine. Have power at all other pins, could it be the solenoid ?
