Default I have A electrical problem that I need help with

I have a 2003 Electric club car that has a wiring problem! I will start with what I know! My kids was driving around the yard and hit a tree! The next day the cart died! I put a new solenoid switch on it and that did not fix it! So I ordered A MCOR and put on it and that didn't fix it. I was playing around checking wires and connections on every thing and took a screw driver and was scraping the terminals on top of the motor and I arc out! well when it arced out the reverse buzzer decided to work again and when I could mash the peddle and it would try to go forward in reverse! It was like it A bad connection so I have double checked to plugs on everything and nothing yet! I took the screw driver and hit the terminals on th top of the motor and it doesn't arc! I kind of figured I screwed up something worse the first time I arced it out but I can not figure out what! Any help on this would be greatly appreciate it! Thanks

I can not hear it click the old on or the new one but I was kind of thinking it had to be working because it tries to go forward!
