speed sensor replaced now wont run
Have a 2011 club car precedent that i put a new speed sensor in as i was getting done reached in the motor compartment and my watch hit the 2 top post on the motor and arced . then went to try it now isnt running but the solenoid just clicks could use some help dont know if maybe done something when it arced or what i could check thanks

Best thing to come from this , you will always remember to put cart in Tow and remove battery cables before working on anything electric on your cart.

Might as well upgrade the controller while you are at it. Cost will not be that much if any different.

I had everything undone, put the sensor on and replaced the cables but looked down and hadnt plugged in the sensor so when i reached in to plug it in, my watch touched the motor and it blew it off my wrist burnt my arm. All is good expensive mistake thanks

You did not have the batteries undone or this would not have happened.
