Controller "Singing"
Interesting problem I've not seen before. The customer had me pick up his 98 CC DS which wouldn't go.
Upon diagnosis I noticed the voltage output of the solenoid dropped to zero as soon as the pedal was pressed. Then by bypassing the solenoid the cart moved just fine but the controller was humming at a high pitch. So I guess the question is: Did the controller take out the solenoid (however improbable that seems) or is it just a bad solenoid? Or is the controller on the way out. Dennis |

Re: Controller "Singing"
Sounds like at least a bad solenoid. Not sure what to say about the humming controller.
