Low batt warning

When i turn the key on. The battery shows full charge. My lights work great, buzzer for reverse is loud. When i put it in forward and give it gas it lurches forward just an inch and quits. Then low battery light comes on but charge lights show full. The cart had quit working. I put new FR switch wiring is correct. And now put new batteries and still does the same thing. Is it the computer or the potentiometer for the gas pedal????
