Default D&D motor question & specs

Hi yall!
Looking at a motor from D&D. I have a 600 amp navitas otf controller with a scotty B hd solenoid and 4 gauge wires throughout. 23' tires and an executioner motor. Im looking for a creeping motor with heavy torque. The executioner motor is great but it dont like to go slow.
Here are the specs of the D&D motor

Motor # ES-9F-47
48 volt
1600 rpm
20.5 hp
If=40
Ia= 500
Can anyone tell me what this motor can do by these numbers that were provided?
