Question battery advice

I have a 2006 48v ds with 8 6v batt. I got a quote on 8 crown gc 240 for $102 ea. Will they work and is that a good price?

Crown batteries are good batteries and the price is competitive....I think you will be very happy with them.

I've no complaint at all on the Crown CR-165 batteries I installed in my cart almost 2 years ago.

Thanks Teecro, I must have been mis informed by the retailer tho, because I can't find a match for the GC-240!

They the dealer likely got their numbers a little bumbled up in the BCI Group GC2 which is a size group (footprint) Crown makes a CR-205, CR-220, CR-235 and a CR-240 then they go to a GC2H which is taller but same footprint with a CR-260
