Yes... Good strong solid motor! Curtis 1268 500 amp contoller... Top Speed 33 MPH and my only regret is that I should have bought bigger batteries as with the hills in our huge HOA I can wear me down some batteries...

Nice, I'm thinking 4 gauge wires from PQ and navitas / sliverwolf / madjax 600a controller...

No heat issues?

That setup is asking for 2g cables.

Your going to spend big bucks on motor and controller and cheap out on the cables and save 20 bucks.... A 600 amp controller just begs for 2 gauge wires... I still have a great cart but again my biggest regret is not getting the biggest amp hour batteries I could fit under the seat and matching everything from there out...

you might want to call Silverwolf and PQ before you spend that kind of money, I called Silverwolf to see if that motor would work well with their controller and they said it would work but I would need to check the motor temperature often. That has been a while back when I called and asked about that set up so things may have changed now, but might be worth the phone call.

i have the pq executioner built for torque & speed, Curtis 500 amp controller, 2g cables and hd solenoid, 23" tires, pulls like a mule and still hits 27mph. The motor will get hot enough to where you can't hold your hand on it long under heavy use through the woods and up the hills but I don't think it gets too hot for the motor design but never measured it.
