Thinking of installing a steeling fold down windshield. Anybody installed one? Comments?

Thanks LOCKMAN ....thanks for letting me know it's tinted too , I don't want a tinted one either, who makes a good durable clear windshield ?

For others who have the tinted, do any of you feel that clear would be any better? If tint is like my automobiles I don't think it would be an issue for me. I probably won't use it a lot in low light but my vision isn't the best either.

I just picked up an RXV with a Madjax tinted windshield. I thought I wouldn't like it but the tint is so light I don't even notice it. I have to park it next to my TXT which has a cleat windshield to see the difference. No problems with night visibility. I have seen some windshields that are noticeably darker. So I guess what I'm saying is: If it's obvious that it's tinted then it might be a problem at night.
I haven't seen any that are as dark as auto factory tint. |
