just thinking converting to series anyone with parts?
ok since I have multiple project going on here and I am trying to get them all going and figured out because I hate to let them set. I have a 2001 with a Z lift in where you cut the front frame and ad the Z lift it looks ok but not a cart I want to keep. It is a Regen cart but the motor is junk and it has a 48 volt series motor on I am sure that is why the Regen motor was in a box and the controller was burned up because of the series motor. Instead of buying a motor and controller and batteries, have anyone of you converted to IQ from series and have the series wire harness and F/R switch and possibly controller left over? at least this way I would save the cost of the motor. This was just a thought. Maybe it isn't worth the work to do this. any thoughts?
Maybe I will stick to my first thought upgrade my 1998 cart and use the parts from that to fix the 2001.
I appreciate all the help guys!

I think every upper level tech here has switch drive systems before. It's not rocket science but it must be done complete and often requires wire harness, F&R device, controller, solenoid, motor, and cables to complete
