Default 1998 48 volt club cart not running I need help

Hello

I have a 1998 48 club cart ds that is not moving for me so far I have done some trouble shooting such as checking the key switch from the limit switches I have checked the controller I have checked each battery voltage and when push pedal solenoid clicks can some one please help me... To me I just have a feeling it is the battery's but when I checked each voltage it is good and then when checked all battery's at once I get 50 volts what me I doing wrong

Check the integrity of all your cables. Good connections -- none loose or broken?

Check the pack voltage as you step on the gas and the cart will not go.

Also ID the drive system using the chart below so we can know what system you are asking about.

If you hook up the charger will it charge? That will tell us if the batteries are connected.
In neutral? Tow \ run switch ?

How did you check controller? Is it aftermarket and you got the green light..
Have you checked the throttle input to controller?

When I plug charger in the charger comes on and neddle goes to 15 amps I left it on for few hours and neddle dropped what if it doesn't not have a tow/run switch because this on does not have one

When I Tested controller I put it on probe light clip last battery positive and check the negitave on controller an I get a light I also did same with the battery last negitave and push peddle an got a light
